Reasons I Gamify
Gamification
1. It engages my classroom. I have students with behavior issues and I have students with academic issues. The students who generally behave themselves tend to get overshadowed by students who misbehave. This technique allows me to make students feel proud about gaining positive behavior points.
2. It brings a sense of fun to the classroom. The students like to see their teacher do odd things in the classroom. They also like to participate in things that are outside the norm. Gamify has allowed me to build up relationships with my students in a far more expanded way.
